There were 2 rounds back interviews and each one lasts 30 mins. One interviewer was a manager and another was a partner. First to introduce yourself and then they would ask some behavior questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PwC (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2020
Interview
Started with a screening with recruiter. Noticed that I might not have 150 credits for the role. Called recruiter to potentially withdraw from interview to not waste the hiring manager’s time. Recruiter insisted that I can interview and be considered for other roles. Interviewed with hiring managers back to back. 10 minute interview with another associate, 45min hiring manager 1, 45min hiring manager 2. Both seemed to like me and was really interested in my career path/ future goals They mentioned another tax role and asked whether I would be interested. Looked like I was sealed for another position that didn’t require the 150 credits. Was instructed that I will hear back within a week. Boom, follow up email ignored completely by recruiter and ghosted. No rejection email, Nothing! A email would have been nice for the effort and time put into the interviews by candidates. Really shows the declining of talent acquisition acumen that PWC had that made what it is now.
I applied online. I interviewed at PwC (Rom) in Mar 2019
