I applied online. I interviewed at Qualcomm (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Jun 2017
Interview
Interview process involved several stages. In my case there were two telephonic and one programming problem and a face to face interview. People who took interviews were quite arrogant and were not technically sound. They were not willing to listen to the logical answers rather sticking to their own narrow vision of technology. I am not sure which department they work in. The attitude of few interviwers was like they dont give a damn about your answers, they just wanted to listen to what they know. I hope they will improve and become a bit professional rather being childish during interviews. It felt like they did not research properly around they questions they were asking. Also there response during several stages was very slow. I am not sure who handles the HR process in Cambridge but they kept me in limbo for days before coming back with an answer. Being a tech company its expected that if you do not find candidate suitable or up to your expectations then please do not keep them in limbo. If you dont like a candidate then just let them know politely rather keeping them in wait for months and then coming back with you copy pasted email. I hope their technical people improve their behavioral skills and HR people start doing their job efficiently.

Interviewer joined late. He kept checking if he can find some one else also to talk to me, His questions were very simple basic ones and I answered them pretty well. I followed up HR, HR is coming back to me and it has been 4+ months.

C Structure members how to access and conditions to be met for making the code into ROM
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Qualcomm in May 2025
Interview
3 technical rounds first one was to implement BST from scratch but in multiple stages. like those in codesignals without any autocomplete. 2nd round was also related to BST where you need to find rightmost left node. i dont remember third one.
The interviewing was quite smooth but the interview process, where we try to reach out to the HR for future communications was a hassle. I had to reach out for at least 2 weeks before I was presented with the next steps, and apparently the interviewing progress was also not updated. Apart from that I enjoyed meeting the team and discussing mutual goals.
