Interview
Submitted my resume online applying for a specific software engineering position from the company's vacant positions list. Received an email about a week later for a phone interview.
The technical phone interview lasted around 30 to 40 minutes, where questions were related to OOP (polymorphism, encapsulation), threads and processes, and some questions about some projects from my resume.

Interview
There were three phone interviews. All were technical and of duration one hour each. First two interviews consisted purely of technical questions - cmos current eqaution, sequential logic, setup hold, gate sizing, adders, logic design, fsm. Third interview was resume walk through including projects and coursework and general questions regarding availability.

Interview
This was a thorough interview, with 8 or 9 people interviewing me over a day lasting from about 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
It's important to stress recent experience with the C language, and be prepared to code some simple algorithms quickly (e.g., how would one scan a linked list, how are list members inserted, etc.)
The culture is typical for Silicon Valley.
