Questrade Digital Designer interview questions

Went through two interviews; one being screening with HR the other with the hiring manager who is the design lead. Both interviews went pretty smoothly and were pleasant. One downside for me was that I was told I'd definitely get an answer, wether yes or no, but I did not. I found out I was rejected through a second follow-up with HR.
