Interview
Applied online and received email for phone interview the next day.
Phone interview is quiet basic, where did you see yourself in 5 years, what if you have a customer which is difficult to deal with, all are behavioural questions, nothing technical.
Then I received the email for a panel interview. Two people from management or HR met me, asked why I'd like to work as a customer representative.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Questrade (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2025
Interview
You will be with one or two of the managers of the department along with an HR member. The questions will ask for you comfort level on certain topics with a few technicals sprinkled in.

I dont remember the specifics but they ask you to "Explain what you know about a TFSA" then ask you why someone with an RRSP would contribute to an RRSP instead of a TFSA.
Interview made up of two steps. The first one through HireVue and the second one through a virtual meeting with a hiring manager. All assistance was given by email. It was an encouraging process.

It was an online interview where I was answering questions and recording myself during a specific time. I was asked questions about their website then participated in a typing test ( Should be typed as fast as possible).
