Questrade interview questions

I was asked to send interview answers through video app There were general questions but video interface didn't let interaction take place I think they knew what candidates to chose before there were no questions about second language

Went through recruiter not sure if it was the recruiter or questrade but the response during the hiring process was very insulting for less then what I was making and what inmarket rate was. Was told 65k was the max and they wanted someone with multiple 10 year tenure. I Did not want to work for a company that walks over you during the honey moon process so I did not proceed further. Also fire your recruiter agencies they have no idea what they are doing.
