RTX Financial Analyst II interview questions

About a week after applying I received a phone call and set up a time for a 15 min conversation. Said conversation led to a 1 hour in person interview.

You start with HR for simple, personality fit questions. You walk through your resume and talk about your experiences and how they fit with RTN processes. Pretty standard. From there, you meet with the hiring manager and do the same process again. The manager will normally take you through the daily job and requirements, which I've found them to be pretty upfront and honest about.
