First was a phone call from the manager. Then he invited me to a large hiring event at the JW Marriot in Tucson, where they held their interviews and social event. The event was two days. The first day there was a tour of Raytheon and then after that a mixer to meet other managers in different groups in the company. You can potentially get more interviews from the mixer by giving your resume out to those different groups. The next day they had a breakfast before the interviews started. Then you wait for your interviewer to come get you and you go into a big ball room where small tables are partitioned off by curtains. You will have the one interview you were scheduled for and any other additional interviews you may have gotten from the night before. They were really fast in their response and let you know by the end of the day whether they will be extending an offer to you or not. Note: I interviewed for an internship but they offered my a full time role after graduation and when I asked for an internship instead they couldn't offer me one because they filled the intern roles.

The interviewers asked many questions about my skills, experiences, and knowledge about RF communications and block diagrams. It was a very informative interview, and I look forward to learning more.
