Interviewed with four managers. Mostly each interview was me repeating my experience and then them asking "why do you want to work at Raytheon?". Just be ready to answer that one well.

Unexpectedly, a manager asked, "what's a difficult problem you solved." I gave an pretty lackluster response. I suppose he was just looking for evidence of enthusiasm and critical thinking on my part. Got the job done.

Very straightforward process of 3 rounds: 1 virtual interview, a call with the hiring manager and 1 in-person interview with the department management team. Received offer within 4 days of in-person interview.
