Interview
First phone screen followed by 30 minute phone interview. Then on-site full day interview along with lunch. Some behavioral questions and technical based on previous job related experience. Also had multiple team interviews that this role would be working with.
Super easy, recruiter reached out, talked with the hiring manager and a decision was sent within a week. Everything was done via Zoom and all the was very relaxed conversation sort of style
It was a really insightful process. It was multiple rounds and helpful in regards to learning about the company. It felt like a great collaborative and stress-free culture in the company.

Interview
Applied online, contacted month later for video interview. Was told I should hear back within few days, no updates. Waited two more weeks, followed up with HR rep and hiring manager via email, no responses at all. Very unprofessional. At least do not give a specific time frame and guarantee an update if you are not going to ever respond.
