I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RTX (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
Entry level interview started as an online, "at your own time," interview your "HireVue". The interview would prompt you with a question for 30 seconds, followed by a recorded 2 minutes through your webcam. There were a total of 12 questions. The primary bulk of the difficult questions were in the middle, with multiple choice questions at the beginning (about security clearance and citizenship) and geographical questions towards the end.

Question 1
Explain a time where you showed time management skills.
Explain a time where a problem arose in a project, what you did you remedy the problem, and how the overall outcome of the project benefited from your decision.
Very laid back, more having a conversation about the role and what I would be doing than technical questions. Asked a lot of questions about my experience on my resume and my projects in college.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ)
Interview
Incredibly standard, asked pretty boiler plate questions. Definitely would say that they asked more about personal projects than I expected. Overall a very pleasant experience and they were very easy people to deal with.
Entry level position, was mostly behavioral and required technical explanation of my previous experiences. Seemed to look for how I answered my questions and how I thought through my answers.
