RTX interview questions

Applied through a referral, really just one big interview with a bunch of people in HR, each within different departments. They basically asked me questions about what I did based on my resume, what would I do in this situation, etc. Very light on the technical side.

The interview process went very smoothly. It was as if I was just having a conversation rather than being drilled with interview questions. It was only over zoom because of Covid-19.
