RTX interview questions

Onsite behavioral interviews with team members. 30 mins each round, with groups of 2 to discuss my resume and any questions i had for them. Interview was discussion based and more of a get to know each other to ensure a good personality fit.

HR phone interview followed by survey asking me questions I already answered in my application. Meeting with hiring manager later that week, then met the team and answered some technical questions for them. Process was complete within 2 weeks, and I had an offer in hand the day after my team interview.
