Interview
Participated in the Superday. Pretty well handled daylong process with pre-interview projects, a group case study and a panel interview. They said they were going to let us know by the end of the next week but did not and each time I followed up they continued to push it back. Never heard back (same with some of the others that interviewed on the same day) - super disappointing because it seemed like a great program and the interviewers were all very nice.

Interview
I applied at Raytheon's career website as entry-level (M.S. ECE). Went through 2 interviews. The first interview was a phone screen. The section manager introduced what their specific department was about and asked me how my skillsets/experience can contribute to their program. The second interview was with 3 managers (1 program lead, 2 section managers). There were behavioral questions but this interview is much more technical than the first. They'll ask you about the technical details of your relevant projects in respect to the role you're applying to. There are no trick questions. Other than that, it was pretty straight-forward.
Turnaround was pretty quick, got a phone call from HR the next day stating that I should be expecting an offer soon. The day after that I got an offer and accepted.
Overall, the interview went well. The managers were professional and courteous. Also, I appreciate them giving me an answer immediately (some companies can take weeks/months especially during the pandemic)
