RTX interview questions

The interview process was very comforting and casual. There were several different interviewers from different departments. Whole process lasted a couple of weeks. It was more relaxed than other interviews I have been a part of.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter from Raytheon where we discussed my resume in depth along with some situational scenarios. I was also asked why I thought I would be a good fit for their team. No technical questions were asked.
