RTX interview questions

Typical STAR method panel interviewing . Just have good examples and you will be ok. No trick questions. People were super nice. Interviewed with 7 different people. Personable. Know something about the new structure of the company.

Due to Covid, both interviews were held over the phone. Initial was only about 15 minutes and the second was an hour. Second interview was the hiring manager as well as 3 other employees.
