Interview
Very casual remote interview testing C++ and JAVA skills. Mostly syntax and debugging related questions. Good communication with employer both before and after interview. Lasted about a week and was a very easy process.

Interview
After applying I was contacted for a phone interview. At the end of that phone call I was invited to a 2 day hiring event in Tucson AZ. The hiring event included info sessions, a networking event, and a tour of the facilities as well as the interviews themselves. The interview lasted 45 min and was held with two managers. They asked questions about my resume and technical questions about my coding experiences and problem solving skills.

Interview
I applied for an entry-level (college grad) systems engineer I position. The hiring process for me consisted of two phone interviews and one on-site interview.
The first phone interview was with the hiring manager -- pretty straightforward, just asking about my resume, background, interests, previous internship experience. He explained the kind of work I would be doing in the specific department and answered any questions I had. The second phone interview was with a senior engineer, and she focused more on gauging my interest/relevant experience for the job. I think she wanted to determine if I would be a good fit in the department. The on-site interview was with the two of them and an additional senior engineer. It was also very straightforward -- they asked what I did during my internships, what I learned, any challenges I faced, what classes I enjoyed most, and what I'm interested in. Not really any technical/STAR related questions. They also provided lots of time for me to ask questions (which I wish I prepared better for). I heard back in a couple days.
