I applied online. I interviewed at RTX (Crystal City, VA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Interview process was straightforward: Hiring manager called me for phone interview, and then went on ahead with the onsite interview. The onsite interview, I met with 4 managers in a round robin style. The interview lasted for four hours. People were easy to talk to.

What is your background? What projects did you do?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RTX in Dec 2019
Interview
Because the job was out of state my interview was conducted over the telephone. What I was unprepared for however was that I was interview over a 4-way conference call. The HR employee was less than helpful in informing me of pertinent details.

Question 1
Why did you apply for this job and why do you think you're a good candidate?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2019
Interview
Very unprofessional and racial profiling. It was a 2 day hiring event in Tucson AZ. I went on Sunday to submit proof of US citizenship.
Then on Monday there was a tour to their facility and then a networking session with their team at night. Everyone seemed tired and don't want to talk. During networking, a white man profiled me and assumed I am Russian because of my foreign accent by saying 'How come you feel cold here in Tucson and you're from there?'. It was very uncomfortable since I am not Russian and I don't want to be profiled as Russian since it is a US defense company and everyone knows politics.
On Tuesday (my interview day). I interviewed with 3 engineers , after I answered the question "Tell me about yourself", one of the interviewers didn't like my past experience and mentioned that I might be a good candidate for another department at Raytheon but he didn't refer me to that department though. Then the other 2 interviewers were asking questions that are not related to the job description not even to my past experience in engineering. There were no technical questions and no behavioral. That made me feel profiled as well after what happened on Monday. The interview only lasted 20 mins.
Raytheon talks about diversity and multicultural environments when they don't actually accept differences. The interviewers didn't even look in my eyes when I was talking to them, This is very unprofessional to be discriminating against a US citizen that was born abroad and have a foreign accent.
They talk about diversity only to get funding from the government. They are fake.
