I applied online. I interviewed at RTX (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
It was a one on one interview with the hiring manager. Very casual. Almost didn't even feel like an interview. It felt like more of a conversation than anything else.

Question 1
A lot of questions seemed to hover around the subject of tooling.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Boston, MA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The process was smooth and around three different persons interviewed me one at a time. First interview was with around 5 people. There were breaks 5-10 min in between. Although they were not present during my interviews, you get to see the other people applying for a job around 7-15 the same day.

Question 1
What did you do when a project you worked on went wrong?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RTX
Interview
I had a phone interview first which was normal questions about experience and a description of the job. I didn't hear anything for weeks. Later they sent an email and asked if I was still interested and if I could do an in person interview. We scheduled that and the interview was a behavioral interview. I interviewed with two individuals who obliviously both printed out a list of behavioral interview questions. It was exhausting because we went through the entire list. It was a solid hour of questions and answers. Many similar questions but they seemed to want to check them off the list anyways. One of them stated that they prefer to hire veterans three times. I wondered why I was there. Overall I think the interview went well but I heard nothing for a month and then, a day ago, I noticed that the job is posted again. I checked my Raytheon Career account and it still says "interview".
