RTX interview questions

Pretty easy mainly behavioral questions and talking about your resume expand on your projects. The company was very big on behavioral questions and looking for the right answers, as long as you can work with the team most likely they'll hire you.

I was contacted by 5 different contracting companies for the same exact position. Clearly I am qualified. However, each offered different pay rates, all of which were poor. Bachelors degree required + 3 years of experience or more and be paid 19 an hour? (Thats about 38,000 per year) Rediculous. I wish I can work directly with them vs go through a contracting company.
