Interview
I applied online. A few weeks after I applied, I received an email that informed me that they would like more information on my background. Shortly after I filled out that form, I had received an interview. The interview was set for two weeks after the initial filling out of the form. The interview itself was pretty good, they mainly asked about my past internships and research experience, and then rounded out the interview with behavioral questions that dealt with situations that I've previously had and how I solved them. After that, we talked more about the company and possible projects that I would work on if I were to receive an offer. A few weeks after that I received an offer.

Interview
Have a 20-30 minute "talk" with each section/department manager. The talk is just the sales pitch to hire you and maybe a very basic questions to verify you didn't lie too much on the resume.
Raytheon will hire anyone, especially if you are a minority or have a security clearance. I have also conducted reviews for Raytheon and my direct management told us to have a preference for minorities regardless of skills. Their mantra is to use the shotgun effect to hire everyone and train them. Turnover rate is pretty high too.
Was invited to Boston for a hiring event, interviewed with a hiring manager who was very relaxed. I received an email 2 days later that said they would be sending me an offer shortly.
