RTX interview questions

Questionnaire prerequisite, HR forwards for interview process, yet interviewer rejects almost immediately. As a Veteran, and not in my 40s, is leading me to believe RTX's alleged claims in supporting veterans is a smoke screen to keep government contracts. Am basing this on 12 applications submitted, only one interview, where afterwards I wasn't even provided a reason for non selection.

First round screening by HR to get salary expectations and location preferences. Next round, pre recorded video prompt interview of common behavior response questions with some (1-2) technical questions at the end.
