Very unorganized interview. Very short notice. The first person I interviewed with was interviewing me for the wrong position. Software engineer rather than hardware engineer. Left there thinking that I wasted my time, and they wasted their money for flying me there.

Was invited to a two day "Hiring Event" at a resort in Tucson where they try to sell you on the company and on living in Tucson. There were about 500 people at this event.

Tell me about yourself? Went over employment history and how it relates to the job. The interviewer was a woman and extremely rude. She kept on asking why I left my former jobs if it was because I was fired?

1st interview was over the phone. Then they flew me out to Tuscon AZ for the weekend, all expenses paid. 1 interview with one person - very straightforward. Mostly questions about my school work and senior project.
