RTX interview questions

The phone intinterviews long. Schedule is for 30m but took an hour and a half. In person interview was short 1.5 hours. Individually met with people then met with as a group. This wasn't really beneficial because I ended up repeating myself constantly.

Sent an email stating I would be contacted for the interview. I was called later and travel was set up to Tucson. Raytheon paid for the Airfare, rental car hotel and a per diem. The process was difficult due to several circumstances, but everyone was extremely helpful. They even worked on days off to ensure I made the interview. The interview itself was professional, straight forward and relatively causal. The experience increased my motivation to work for Raytheon.
