First call was with an HR representative. It was very short about 15-20 minutes. I feel it was more of a feel to see if my personality and goals fit with the position and group
Second call was with a fellow at Raytheon asking technical questions. Again, it was short and lasted only 25-30 minutes.
Third call consisted of the hiring manager, division manager, and the fellow from the second interview. This was a lengthy interview (1hour and 15 minutes) delving deep into the methodology of my work ethic and procedure. many questions were asked about the solution process to projects I have worked on. There was also conversation about the location and very briefly on the position responsibilities.
Fourth interview consisted of a location visit which involved a tour and meeting other coworkers in the team. This visit lasted all day.
