RTX interview questions

The interview process was held virtually with a few members of the senior staff. It was a very pleasant and low stress type of interview where we went over my resume, and spoke regarding the department, job functions, and the typical attributes they were looking for within a candidate.

It was done on HireVue, pretty straight forward. They asked you behavioral questions that are pre recorded. Everyone is very communicative so that’s also great. I absolutely would recommend applying for this job.
