Interviewed with a hiring manager and one director in person and another on the phone. The interviewers were pleasant but not informative about the company, division, objectives. They did explain the position. Afterwards, I sent thank you notes via email but never received an acknowledgement. I had found out who the HR recruiter was and he seemed unfamiliar with my information but indicated I was still in the running. Two weeks later, after no communication, I received the most impersonal candidate rejection letter from an outside agency. I would say that this hiring process was impersonal, uninvolved, with zero passion for the company and cold to the candidate. So the interview was okay, the process was weak and really did not say that we think people are important here.
