I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Clemson, SC) in Oct 2019
Interview
Phone screen with one of the section managers at the company. They talked a lot about what the job would entail and what working at the company was like. They were interested in knowing some of the things I had learned through my curriculum, especially projects I had done with Matlab.

Question 1
Explain a time when you had to use communication and teamwork skills to solve a problem.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at RTX in Jun 2021
Interview
I was called directly by the hiring manager instead of the recruiting staff. He sent me an invitation directly from his corporate e-mail for a few days later. I was set-up with an internal Zoom call with him, another PM and a Chief Engineer. We had a very nice chat and I thought it went well. A few days later, I received the recruiter's e-mail asking for my availability for an interview and an answer to their generic questions as well as salary range. The Careers site dashboard never updated showing I had an interview. I waited for over 90 days to be informed I was no-longer being considered for the position. I reached out for feedback from the recruiter, but they acted like I never had an interview. I don't know if I had an unsanctioned interview, but it went fine; I just wish it was a faster process.
