I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RTX (Marlborough, MA) in Sep 2021
Interview
Interview consisted of two phone screens. Spoke with a hiring manager first. Talked about my resume and past experience. Asked questions about the company. Second interviewer asked similar questions and expanded more about what their role within the company was, and shared some high level details of the projects they've worked on. Questions from both were fairly generic behavioral questions; talked about time showing leadership, time working on a team, greatest accomplishments.
