RTX interview questions

The total process from the time I was contacted first till I received the offer letter took 4 weeks. First round was a one on one with the hiring manager over zoom video. Second round included 5 interviews one after the other for a duration of 30 mins each. All of these interviews were over zoom as well. A week after the second round, the recruiter contacted me and extended an offer.

Confusing. I was lead to believe I had the job, at the end of the interview. In actuality the contract had not even been approved yet. I turned down another offer because I thought I had the job. When they did finally offer me the position, the pay was far less than what I thought.
