RTX interview questions

Series of panel interviews focused on behavioral and job experience questions. Also a presentation on personal leadership style and significant accomplishments. Got the impression they were just going through the motions and had already identified a preferred candidate.

It was very pleasant. Rencheller field is huge. I really enjoyed the experiance. The people were very nice. Coffee and snacks was definitely a nice surprise. But they are very slow at getting back to you for employment.
