I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
Fairly relaxed. Introductions. Then a scripted set of questions that you would expect in an interview. They are looking for critical thinkers and problem solvers. Have a set of life experiences at the top of your head to pull from and you'll do fine. Also, don't be afraid to ask for a minute to think if you're coming up blank, it's better than rambling.

Interview
I interviewed over Zoom with the hiring manager and then separately with someone in a similar role.
Basic interview going over my experience and the position, the similarities and differences to my current role.
Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and the process was great. I ended up being called a few days after the interview to let me know they were closing the req because of restructuring. It was nice they actually cared enough to let me know.

Interview
The process was a series of scripted questions asking about "a time you used skill x to do thing y". Basically a series of relational questions equating your work experience to the needs of the position.
