submit the resume online, got contact from HR, arrange interviews with different HR and technical manager, They have combination of screening and formal interview depending on the group, once you get through the screening, they will arrange a group interview.

Slow process. Recruiter called and setup phone interview. Took about 2 weeks to hear back and get an in-person interview. In person interview was simple, talked to about 4-5 people and it was mostly just casual talking about work history more than any technical questions.
