Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a situation where you had to deal with a unhelpful team mate.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX
Interview
Session consisted of three separate interviews, each person was hiring for a different team. Most of the time was spent telling me about what their team does, and did not ask any technical questions, but wanted to know about projects I had worked on and times when I encountered difficulty when working on a team. Pretty straight forward.

Question 1
Talk about a time you encountered an obstacle while working on a team project, how did you overcome it?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RTX (Richardson, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
Met with a recruiter at a career fair and was given a requisition number to apply to and an email to email once I had applied.
After doing so a few weeks passed with no updates. Then I attended another career fair that Raytheon was hosting themselves. I met with someone I knew from the prior career fair and they got me a soft interview on site.
The hiring manager talked to me at the fair and asked me to submit some things for verification (transcript etc) and said they would get back to me.
About a week after that I got an email to set up an interview.
The interview was about an hour long and consisted of technical questions and conversations. I was asked to explain some projects from my GitHub and was asked about several programming concepts (mainly OOP).
A week or two after that I received an offer.
