I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RTX (El Segundo, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a panel of interviewers that came to your table in a round robin style. They were all very chill and nice people and they were mostly interested in your projects and experience in school (this was for a fresh grad position). You had 30 minutes to impress and there were some technical questions, but mostly why Raytheon, what do you see yourself doing in 5 years, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One interviewer asked about object oriented languages and the unique qualities they have. Other than that it was all pretty basic stuff that anyone should be prepared for given any interview setting.

Interview
I had two interviewers. I was whisked into a room to do a couple of simple coding exercises. After that, we discussed my resume and talked about my previous work experiences. There were also some behavioral questions sprinkled throughout the interview. Overall, it was a pretty straightforward and standard interview.

Interview
I was taken into a room with 2 people in it. They asked me questions about my education and had me do a few on paper coding questions. Several people were in and out of the interview. After completing the coding questions a different interviewer came in and asked me questions that related more to my personality. ex: tell me about yourself, how do you feel about group work.
