Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RTX (Woburn, MA) in Mar 2023
Interview
Interview was a 1 hour phone call, started with a presentation about projects they work on, then jumped into a mix of classic interview questions, behavioral, and some technical (but no live coding). There were quite a few questions, and I only remember some of them.

What separates a great engineer from a good one? Tell us about a project that you found particularly exciting/you found a particularly innovative solution. If your friends were to describe you in 3 words, what would they be? When would you use Java over C++, and why? Also asked about things on my resume.

Interview
Phone interview was short, interviewer seemed disinterested. Was never contacted again after initial general question and answer. Mostly discussed elements of my resume, was terse when responding to questions about the company and culture.
