I applied online. I interviewed at RTX (Aurora, CO) in Apr 2020
Interview
~50 minute phone conversation with a hiring manager and two higher up engineers. Talked about my background, interests, why I wanted to work at Raytheon, etc. Didn't ask for a timeline before getting off the phone - hoping to hear back within the next week or so.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (London, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
I applied online for a systems engineer role with a CV and cover letter. A few weeks later I got a telephone interview which was competency based but also on what I know about systems engineering. I passed this stage and got through to the assessment centre which was very relaxed. Had to do the usual group exercises then the individual interview which again had competency questions and what I know about systems engineering.
30 min phone call with two engineers. They described the position, then asked you to describe your background. They asked some simple questions about your background, classes, relevant work experiences. It was a pretty straightforward interview with no technical questions or anything relating to algorithms/data structures.
