30 minutes interview with manager about motivations, pasta experience and job-related questions (finance, macroeconomics, etc) 1-hour presentation about a case study follower by questions from manager and team members. Review financial concepts and formulas.

Interview
It was a brief discussion about my experience and educational background. Usually you have a HR interview, followed by the main interview held by the future manager and/ or some senior specialist form that area of expertise. Sometimes there are some tests taken to prove the basic job requirements. References are very useful and you should have at least one.
