Can you handle working on multiple projects at the same time
One phone interview to get to know and assess basic concepts and motivation. After that, a case-study interview, where you are given a few days to prepare it and then present it in 30 minutes. Questions are expected.

Interview
First I had technical interview which consisted of English language test, IQ test and databases test. Later on I had an interview with manager of the department I worked later in. It was mostly soft skills and personal background talk. Lasted about half an hour.
