The first part of the application process was a take-home challenge with a 7-day deadline for submission. The challenge is average, you need to submit code and a presentation. The next phase, the interview itself is about the project, a bit of theory, and general HR questions. If they proceed with you as a candidate, the next phase is psychological testing. I was rejected after the first interview, and no feedback was provided.
