Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand in einer sehr freundlichen und angenehmen Atmosphäre statt. Die Manager waren freundlich, erzählten ausführlich über die Stelle, die Aufgaben, die Abteilung und das Unternehmen insgesamt. Wir fanden schnell eine gemeinsame Basis.

HR and the team lead were present on the online interview. They kept running somewhere from time to time and getting distracted. I didn't feel like they were interested in me at all (why call me to the interview then?) Irrelevant questions, no questions about my work experience (I didn't feel like I even had time to tell them about it, even though I prepared thoroughly). A coding test was a part of the interview. I felt like I had very limited time for it after we spent all that time waiting for each of them to come back from their errands. So this was stressful. I had quite a few questions for them in the end. They answered about 2 and then abruptly disconnected. I haven't had a worse interview experience so far.
