I applied online and there was an in-person interview shortly after. We had some discussion about sustainability, as this role was focusing on ESG topics, but there weren't any difficult questions. The only thing I didn't like was that the HR representative was asking some quite personal questions which I didn't feel too comfortable answering. 2 weeks after the interview I called them, and they informed me that they could not provide feedback yet as they were still interviewing other candidates and that the whole process was put on hold due to summer holidays, so in the end I withdrew my application as I had another offer that I didn't want to risk losing.
