I applied online. I interviewed at Reckitt (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England)
Interview
Assessment day:
Group project: where you are given a task with 4 different reckitt brands and you have to decide based on the case study where the marketing funds should go and why
Interview: all competency based around 10-15 question. I personally think that a 2-way conversation would’ve been better as you get to know the person more and as it was all ‘tell me when’ and it’s hard to think of 10-15 different scenarios in one go.
Presentation: tasked with completing a presentation ahead of the day about one of the reckitt brands
Maths test: a maths test in exam conditions. Seems a bit excessive for an interview for this role and isn’t a true reflection of how you would be in the workplace if you were faced with these financial questions.
Overall, it was a good day however the process is a bit weird and I don’t think it was that good of an assessment centre as other companies. Feels a bit outdated and strange.

Question 1
Tell me when you knew you wouldn’t reach a deadline what did you do
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Reckitt (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2016
Interview
The process was very long. It started off with an online test mostly mathematical based. Then there was an on-campus interview with a key account manager. Questions were all behavioral. They said we would hear back in a week and it took them three. For the final round they flew 7 people to Toronto with 2 spots. They said it would take one week but a month later they called me with my offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to work in a difficult team?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Reckitt (Parsippany, NJ) in Nov 2014
Interview
First round interview was held on campus. One of the higher level manager interviewed me. It was a nice talk so I knew that I was selected to the on-site assessment during the first round interview. The on-site interview was pretty hard for most people. The first thing was an individual case writeup, then a face-to-face interview. RB served lunch to us and followed up by a group interview called POINTE OF VIEW. You basically have to achieve the same agreement with the task that they asked you to do with your group members. The day ends with a group case. It could be a tough day.
