Online application: have to complete all three steps for pre-screening. Applied online on the company website, on school career page and then took a reasoning test.
First Round Interview: HR form North America Headquarter came to school and had a behavioural interview

Question 1
Four behavioural questions based on the four company corse cultures. Describe a leadership experience, creativity, problem solving and failure. Pretty standard.

Interview
After submitting my resume and CV, I got an email to move onto the next step by completing an online test. Similar to other reasoning tests, perhaps a bit more challenging. After a couple days, I got emailed to schedule an interview on campus.Interview was not challenging, it seemed like they were looking for fit, and also asked questions about data.
