I applied via their website and submitted my CV together with answering some online questions. My CV and my answers made it clear that I didn't have Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience so was fairly surprised when I was contacted within 24 hours with invite to interview.
I attended the interview and can honestly say it was the worse I have ever had.
Normally for competency based interviews you can expect between 5 to 10 scenario based questions. In this interview there were 18, 1 section on the job, 1 section specifically on pharmaceutical manufacturing, and 1 on soft skills.
At the end of the interview I was told I would hear the result within the next week and feedback would be available whatever the outcome.
After 2 weeks, having heard nothing I sent a note to HR (number on auto-signature unavailable) and got a brief note back that I would be contacted shortly.
After a further 2 weeks I sent a further note asking for the promised feedback. No response.
Absolutely disgraceful that a company such as this cannot even be bothered to tell you the results of an interview, let alone provide the promised feedback.
However, given that since I attended this interview I have read the reviews on Indeed and Glassdoor which say the Hull site has a bullying, toxic work environment with a huge turnover in staff, why am I not surprised?
