1. application - CV + cover letter
2. video interview - 2 questions about favourite RB product and ideas to improve it (get questions in advance, can try answering as many times as you want, 5 mins per question)
3. screening video interview - why RB + competency Qs x6-8. 20 mins total
4. assessment centre: group exercise (we were given a product and told to create a presentation about its life cycle. then presented as a group + Q&A from assessors ), scenario interview (given 3 problems, 15 mins to prep then asked about the solutions you came up with), competency interview (1 hour)

Video interview with prerecorded message. Answer within 2 minutes given a 30 second thinking time. Only one attempt to record. Given questions in the written form. This was after a cognitive assessment was conducted

It was video based. They would test your device's audio and sound to make sure you were able to answer without problems. It took no longer than half an hour.

Then a zoom interview - they asked competency questions.
