There are 6 stages of the process.
1. CV
2. Short phone call with HR - background and motivation check
3. HackerRank test - relates strictly to data science, some test questions, some open-end questions and 1 programming exercise. Rather easy.
4. Interview with HR Business Partner - relaxed chat about background, motivation, experience, culture fit check
5. Data Science technical interview
6. Communication skills interview
Process was smooth and in a nice, relaxed atmosphere. One major negative thing was, that there seemed to be no communication between HR and business with regards to what type of candidate they were looking for. HR was saying one thing, business was saying the other. Make sure to ask upfront who they're looking for and if you're a good fit and the job is for you. As an example, my lack of marketing background was not an issue until the last stage of the process, when it became crucial.
