Interview
The application process is just like any other CPG company. You apply online by submitting a resume and completing their online logical reasoning test. Later, I received an email informing me that I have been selected for the interview. I was asked all behavioral questions, they included questions like what makes you a leader, tell me about a time when you faced conflicts with your team etc. Pretty straight forward. I was asked only one technical question, and that is "Cash Flow vs. Income statement, which would you pick to determine the financial status of a company?.
Human resources very slow in terms of feedback and the process is too long.
Sometimes the roles descriptions are not as accurate as should be.
But the overall process is not difficult.

Zuerst hat ein numerischer Test stattgefunden, dann gab es ein Telephoninterview und danach wurde ich zum Einzelgespräch eingeladen. Während des Einzelgesprächs sollte ich ein Case Study durchführen. Das war mittelschwer, der Fokus lag auf Finanzseite.

Face to face interview with line manager and HR, second interview with director and HR
I was offered the role straight after the second interview , I negotiated salary with line manager and HR
