The interview process was simple at first. During the intern day, there were more than 5 interviews and one exercise.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Reckitt (Mailand) in May 2024

Interview on the phone + online interview with hr and brand manager. Lots of questions on how I behaved in my past jobs. Little technical part where they showed me sell out data of companies in two years and I had to make some assumptions and observations.

Overall process quite smooth and fast. Online test wasn't so easy but after that no particular difficulties.

Straight-forward interview process with pre-recorded general behavior questions, behavioral tests and a final CV-led interview alongside technical pieces. Overall positive experience-- interviewers were enjoyable to talk to and did not feel pressured throughout the process
