Great interview experience, lovely work culture and made me felt calm through the whole process. Would recommend applying to anyone wanting both corporate experience and/or lab based year in industry.
apply online, get invitied to a pre screen interview, go to the assessment centre (1 day), do ice breakers ,take a maths exam, go on a tour, do a group presentation, carry out 2 interviews, get an acceptance letter

Interview
One skype interview, all competency questions, lasting about 30 minutes.
Got offered the next interview at an assessment centre day, including group presentation, 25 minute competency, 25 minute technical. Assessed on how we worked in the group presentation and the presentation itself.
